Work smarter. Not harder.

Know who matters and what they want. Then design brands and experiences that perfectly serve them, everywhere, everyt ime. Be innovative and be bold.

Today the world is fragmented, chaotic, even unpredictable. Brands offer focus. To make the most of that opportunity, brands must have meaning, coherence and shape. We design the brand; we turn the brand into an experience; and we communicate the brand’s story. We make brands matter.

We help our clients drive growth through transformation.

We will work closely with you to help you articulate the unique attributes of your business: your mission, capabilities, ideal clients (avatar), current reputation, and your goals for your brand in the future. Together we’ll discover the main personality of your brand. This research phase sets the direction for the logo design and branding work to come.

When first creating a company, you first need to come up with a name. Some people struggle with this and they put off starting a company just because they cannot decide on a name. We help take care of the naming research to help you properly come up with a clever and successful branding solution to last you for years to come. We will do the market research and then reach out to you with a list of 10+ names and the reasons we feel they are a fit for you and your brand. From there we help you come up with your company tag lines, goals, etc.

Your company’s main visual identity, the logo! After the branding research is completed and we have established a direction to work in, we will sketch up and refine ideas until we have the best 4 to 6 logo concepts for you to review. Each concept will be applied to mock products to test how it would work in the “real world.”

Because company goals vary widely, so do promotional strategies. The goal is to stimulate action from the people or organizations of a target market. In a profit-oriented firm, the desired action is for the consumer to buy the promoted item. Promotional goals include creating awareness, getting people to try products, providing information, retaining loyal customers, increasing the use of products, and identifying potential customers, as well as teaching potential service clients what is needed to “co-create” the services provided.

Customer personas can help you get more money from your existing customers and even help you acquire new customers. You’ll be able to keep your customers engaged. Ultimately, this will improve conversion rates.

Consider what product packaging design does to your product: Most importantly, packaging identifies your brand. Packaging communicates with the consumer and presents an image, while also providing instructions for its use. Packaging distinguishes your product from your competitor’s in its design, colour, and shape.

Consider the importance of a website in marketing to consumers: whether it’s blogging or sharing white papers, websites provide a scalable method for getting your brand out there and establishing your business as a trusted authority if and when compared to a competitor’s website.

Social media marketing helps to validate your brand. A company’s social media presence, when done correctly, tells consumers that their brand is active and focused on thriving communication with consumers. 63% of consumers who search for businesses online are more likely to use ones with an informative social media presence. Social media marketing has the power to increase customer loyalty. 71% of consumers who received a quick response on social media would recommend the brand to others.

Interior design is an artistic process the goal of which is to capture attention and imbue potential buyers with the imagination to conceive of a lifestyle choice that pertains to the development being viewed – this is the aim of the showroom, to make potential buyers feel that they belong to the concept elicited by the home. Showroom interior design has a proven track record in maximising sales appeal, and thus can ‘make-or-break’ a developer’s dreams.

We believe the strongest brands are constantly relevant and make a difference in consumers’ lives.

The modern consumer is always on the look for something new. We set out to learn more about relevance and ultimately answer the question, “What does it take to build a never dying relevant brand?”

Here’s our answer!

Constantly relevant brands connect, engage and surprise; they outperform. They push themselves to earn and re-earn customers’ loyalty—and they contantly redefine what’s desirable. They engage with digitally-enabled experiences that are more contextual, personal and smart, and they drive growth from the inside-out through an aligned culture. Finally, they accelerate demand through digital marketing excellence and sales enablement.
