  • Creative Concept & Message – we built the campaign around „Ne vedem la cafea? – Câștigă bucurie cu fiecare întâlnire”, highlighting the social ritual of coffee as a bond between people.
  • Campaign Mechanism – designed a simple and attractive flow: buy any Dallmayr product, register the receipt on the campaign website, enter the prize draw.
  • Website Development – created a dedicated platform with: registration system, KV integration, and clear CTAs, interactive tool for generating personalized coffee invitations to be shared via WhatsApp/email, gamified module allowing users to design their own coffee corner for extra engagement
  • Prize Structure & Management – curated weekly prize packages (Prodomo bundle + cups + pastry basket) and a Grand Prize – Coffee Espresso Machine, ensuring broad appeal and relevance.
  • Influencer Marketing – designed a PR box concept (coffee products + Polaroid camera + photo album) and a challenge that encouraged influencers to reconnect with someone special over a cup of Dallmayr, generating authentic and emotional content.
  • In-Store Branding & POSM – produced and implemented shelf stoppers, wobblers, and floor stickers across key retailers.
  • Digital & Social Media Campaign – managed social media ads, newsletters, influencer content, and GDN display to maximize reach and drive participation.
  • Full Campaign Coordination – from creative strategy and mechanics, to regulations, logistics, reporting, and prize handling – ensuring a smooth, end-to-end execution.
