The “Create Special Moments with Lindt” campaign can be considered a success of registration.
Although we had an extremely short time for planning, creation and implementation, we managed.
Being an In-store campaign, exclusively promoted through POSM, without the involvement of digital marketing, OOH or other types of promotion, we had to strengthen other points of the concept to fill the visibility gap. Thus, the choice of awards was an important component in the communication of the campaign, relying on Word-of-Mouth Marketing (WOM Marketing).
