For Londa Professional, we brought to life a hairstyling show that blended creativity, technique, and live performance. Our role was not only to organize the event, but also to ensure that every detail of the show itself ran seamlessly – from stage direction to the moment models walked the runway.

- Concept & Event Planning – shaped the event as a celebration of professional hairstyling, combining education, inspiration, and live artistry.
- Venue & Setup Coordination – managed location styling, technical set-up, lighting, sound, and stage build-up to create the perfect atmosphere for a premium show.
- Runway & Show Flow Direction – coordinated the models’ runway walk, rehearsals, timing, and live cues, ensuring a flawless rhythm and maximum visual impact.
- Backstage Management – oversaw stylists, models, and technical staff, keeping the backstage workflow smooth and perfectly synchronized with on-stage action.
- Technical Production – full coordination of lights, sound, visuals, and stage direction – making sure every hairstyle reveal was amplified by effects and atmosphere.
- Guest Experience – designed the seating plan, managed branded goodie bags, catering, and guest flow for an elevated and professional experience.
- Full Event Supervision – from rehearsals to the final bow, our team directed every moment, making sure Londa’s creative vision came to life.
