Our team was responsible for turning this vision into a memorable brand experience.

Creative Concept & Naming: we created the event identity “Shine with Wella”, inspired by the brand’s promise of confidence, individuality, and shine.

Pre-Event Strategy : PR boxes for influencers, mystery invitations with symbolic keys, and a social media giveaway campaign to generate buzz.

Venue Styling & Branding : elegant black-tie setup with purple accents, architectural lighting, LED screens, oversized product installations, and custom Instagrammable corners such as the Oversized Color Perfect Box and Purple Shopping Cart.

Immersive Photocorners : 

  • Color Reactivator Corner: guests painted with Wella’s reactivator formulas.
  • Plex Technology Corner: a science-lab inspired installation with live product explanations.

Guest Journey & Interactivity  : from hostess-managed check-in with personalized keys, to photobooths simulating the guest’s face on the Color Perfect box, every step reinforced the “unlock your true color” theme.

Entertainment & Special Moments  : a live concert by Mario Fresh, carefully integrated into the event flow for maximum emotional impact.

Food & Candy Bar  : elegant finger food and a personalized candy bar in the brand’s purple aesthetic.

Goodie Bags & Product Experience  : curated bags with Color Perfect products and accessories, plus an exclusive “choose your perfect shade” corner managed by our team.

Full Event Management – invitations, logistics, branding, hostess coordination, on-site production, and flow management – ensuring a seamless evening.
