When two major names – YouTube and Cat Music – come together, the event needs to be bold, creative, and unforgettable. Our role was to design and deliver an experience that blended content creation, music, and entertainment into one high-energy evening.
✨ How we made it happen:
Concept & Strategy – we built the event around YouTube Shorts, with a focus on empowering influencers and artists to create live content while celebrating Cat Music’s legacy in the industry.
Experience Design –
- Photo Corners: three fully branded immersive corners – YouTube Shorts red neon box, Cat Music sequin backdrop with neon logo, and TRU “The Real You” installation with influencer portraits.
- Decor & Branding: custom lighted cubes with the partner logos, press zone branding, and personalized decorative details to keep the event cohesive and highly Instagrammable.
Interactive Elements – VogBooth for creative content, photobooths, and a candy bar personalized with all three brands.
Food & Beverage Management – curated stations with tacos, popcorn, open bar, and a sweet corner designed for social sharing.
Entertainment Flow – influencer workshops on YouTube Shorts, surprise live performances, and a concert moment to tie it all together.
Full Event Coordination – from invitations and guest list management to on-site logistics, hostess coordination, and production, we ensured that every detail ran smoothly.
The result?
A dynamic 6-hour celebration where influencers, celebrities, and press came together to experience the power of YouTube Shorts and Cat Music – all wrapped in a creative setup that generated content, visibility, and buzz.
